UBDT College of Engineering is Started in the year 1951, it was the only Governement Engineering College in the state, Affliated under VTU Belgaum, on February 24, 2011 as its first Constituent Engineering College.The college is approved by AICTE. Post Graduate (PG) programme in Production Engineering Systems Technology (PEST) was started in the year 1987. The Institution is having highly qualified and dedicated faculty members to impart advanced knowledge in Engineering and Technology to students. The college was one among the fourteen institutions in the state of Karnataka to get the World Bank Aided TEQIP Project Phase-I.
