The Department of Human Resource Development is headed by S.Antony Valen B.E., MBA. This department interacts with reputed organizations to support the final year students by arranging the campus interview in both UG & PG. It makes efforts to send most of the students’ for internships to enhance their technical ability and gain exposure to the practical world.Industrial visits to reputed companies are arranged to know more details about industrial activities. It also enhances the soft-skill capability of the students through regular training programs.
I have disappointment because of placements.Academics wise good college.Schloarships available for christian minority students.College provides internship programs.
I enjoyed a lot here.There is no lack for sports here, but not for all departments.Actually iam intrested in sports.In my point of view This would be the best place for every student to enjoy their life.
College placements are not upto the mark here.We can study here.Academics wise good college,but for job we need to search for our own.This was main remark over there.Apart from that everything is better here.
This college is pretty good for all the communities.There is no discrimination are any other things which would affect the future of students.The only thing college needs to provide attention.It is mess actually.Hostel facilities are good here.Academics wise this is the best college.Placements also better here but not upto the mark.Internship also provided by college.

I dont think about the job while iam studying in this college.When i was there i always looks to get knowledge.If we have a knowledge we dont need to serach for job right,I strongly belived this thats why now iam in good position And this is the place to get knowledge.

DMI college works just like other Engineering college.We can study here.Thats it ,We cant reach our expectations.Iam not much satisfied with the placements.Only BPOs visit the college.I have never seen a core company visiting our college.Campus is bit good.We have large space for sports.But college wont give that much preference for sports.Labs and class rooms are good.Medical facilities are poor here.Library is very huge.We can peacefully go through the books.Faculty in DMI are both experienced and few fresh ME graduates.Infrastructure is not much impressive here.But college is average it seems.
