SRSIT was established in the year 1997 located in Benguluru, The Garden city of India, which is one of the most important industrial cities in the country with a variety of large, small & medium scale industries. The college has evolved into a well-known institution equipped with an abundance of Hardware and Software resources, with well equipped sophisticated laboratories and library. We provides highly qualified & experienced faculty to students to achieve their Carrier, and it is the perfect place for students to develop and enhance comprehensive knowledge and skills on various issues and topics. The college is having sprawling campus spread over an area of 20 acres and this well-designed college campus helps the students to develop life long connections with faculty and classmates. The college is affiliated to VTU Belgaum, and approved by AICTE New Delhi.

Pool Campus events are also arranged and many other college students are participating and benefitted by the Pool Campus Programmes. As many as 30-40 companies like IBM India ,Thomson Reuters, UNISYS, CISCO Systems, SYNTEL, GLOBAL EDGESOFTWARE, L&T Valdel, TVS etc., are visiting our Institute regularly. About 70% of eligible students are placed in every year. Placement Department is arranging Training on Aptitude Test and Soft Skills before students are attending for campus recruitment program. Many of our students are recruited by very reputed companies are dominating and are doing extremely good.
I joined in this college because my brother told it was really helpul for me because i really got good friends from here,and the college infrastructure also we like so much ,we really enjoyed a lot.
I really like my college because our college education system is really nice and more than any other programs they give importance to the academics.
I got in this college in entrance exam ,I choose this college only because I have heard from my friends that the teaching system is really good in my college.
The infrastructure is not upto the mark in our college and even the hostel building also its like old ,but the rules and regulations in our college making us a better person.
According to me I can say that there could have been little bit more facilities in lab and insfrastructure of the college,the equipmets had become old,but in this situation also our faculties are working really hard.
I joined in this college through management seat,because my father knew here teaching was so good,and it made me to score good marks in my exams.
I really like extra curricular activiies more than academics but after joining this college it was not so helpful for me,here full concenteration was given to exams.
I have a request to them that the fine they make us pay for unwanted things could have changed,other everything is good in my college,it is one of the top 10 college in bangalore.
Even though placements are less the company ibm is coming to our colleges for the most talented students.
