Meenakshi Sundararajan Engineering College (MSEC), Chennai was established in 2001, by the IIET Society. This institution is a part of the prestigious KRS Group of Institutions which also includes the renowned IIET (Indian Institute of Engineering Technology) 1947 by Founder Late Shri K.R.Sundararajan, the well-known Meenakshi College for Women and the more recently established Meenakshi Sundararajan School of Management. The institutions on the KRS Campus are known for the quality education they impart and their stringent levels of discipline. Since its establishment MSEC has shown consistent performance in academics and extra-curricular spheres. The management strives constantly to develop this institution into a “Centre of Excellence” imparting Engineering education to young men and women, grooming their overall personality with the highest emphasis on ethical values and honing them to face the challenges of the industry and the nation at large.

This college is pretty good.Placements also good here.Internship offered for us from CTS and Infosys company.Scholarship also avilable for merit students.There is a lot of events conducted by college.As internal technical competition called E-cube is conducted.There is a technical symposium every year and there is a college day function with different cultural events.We enjoyed a lot in this.
Campus life is really enjoyable.The campus has some greens and play area that are leased to private party.Lot of extra curricular activities is there.Play ground is very huge to play all the sports.Management is very friendly and extremely supportive.Good place to study.
This college is top at the university rank,pass percentage is always high.Fees structure is good.This college only collects government fees.They wont look for extra fees from students.Every thing is good in this college.

I just simply say about this college.If you want to Work in IT field This would be the place you have to study.Placements are pretty good here.Mostly all the students placed in reputed companies with good package.Infrastructure also better in this college.Hostel facilities also good and well maintained.Labs ,class rooms,library and cafeteria is really good.
Faculty are well knowledgable ,teaching wise they will give us lot of practical information and they will care about students in all the ways.College prefer extra circcular activites also,there is no lack for sports here.Scholarship and internship also provided by college.Every thing is good here. Really i had a great experience.Now iam in position.Really thankful to this college.

One of the good college under Anna university affliation.Placements are pretty good here.So many students placed in our batch.The salary package offered to the students varies from 2L to 3.75 LPA.Various IT giant companies visited our college.Infrastructure also pretty good here.Except for electronic labs, the remaining labs are air-conditioned.The special drawing halls are available for the students like Engineering graphics.The library has all the levels of reference books.So many seminar halls also avilable,where the national level seminars are held.Communication labs are present in our college to improve our technical and communicative skills.The faculty members are efficient.They are extremely friendly and easily approchable.The concerned faculty members would do the doubt clearance during any time of day.The students are allowed to conduct the national level techincal symposium,Which is informative.They are encouraged to attend the various other cultural and the technical discussions.Sports day is conducted every year which lasts for 5 to 6 days.Canteen also there.This is the best place to get enjoyable learning.
